3. Payment Terms

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule Services by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in the service contract.

Rescheduling: We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, availability is subject to the Service Provider's schedule.
No-Show: Failure to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Service Provider has unobstructed access to the property and specific areas where Services will be performed. Additionally, the Client should:

Remove any personal items or obstacles that may hinder the performance of Services.
Inform the Service Provider of any known hazards or special considerations related to the property or hedges.
Provide accurate information regarding the size, health, and condition of the hedges to be trimmed.

6. Liability and Insurance

Hedge Trimming Bounds Green is fully insured to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the provision of Services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or natural growth patterns of the hedges.

Damage: Any damage caused during the Services will be repaired or compensated as per the terms of our insurance policy.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services rendered.

7. Quality of Services

We are committed to providing high-quality hedge trimming and maintenance services. If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of work performed, they must notify the Service Provider within seven days of service completion. We will address the concern promptly and take necessary corrective actions.

8. Health and Safety

The safety of our clients and staff is a top priority. Please adhere to the following health and safety guidelines:

Ensure that children and pets are kept away from the work area during service provision.
Report any potential hazards on the property to the Service Provider prior to commencing work.
Follow any additional safety instructions provided by the Service Provider.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the provision of Services will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
